RC New Materials USA is a proud supplier of tungsten, steel, bismuth, copper, lead, and other non-toxic and frangible projectiles for the sporting and outdoors industry.
RC New Materials is directly partnered with family-owned factories in China that manufacture tungsten and steel shot from raw materials. The flagship tungsten factory produces tungsten shot, fishing weights, and many other items for the outdoor industry. These tungsten products are manufactured using state-of-the-art MIM technology and sintered in Nitrogen purged vacuum ovens before being polished. Attention to quality is paramount with this top-end product.
The steel shot factory produces steel shot in sizes as small as #10 to as large as single buck. The equipment used to manufacture the steel shot is of the same type and quality used to manufacture ball bearings. This factory can produce steel shot in different hardness (Vickers) to accommodate loading for the European Union standards or the US and Canadian markets. This facility is also capable of producing pure copper (sweet copper) shot that meets or exceeds hardness requirements for loading within the European Union with virgin raw materials.
The bismuth shot sold by RC New Materials is made in-house by RC as well as in conjunction with partner shops within the EU and USA.
Frangible #00 buckshot is also made in partnership with RC New Materials with US-based partners for the US sporting market.
RC New Materials sources it's lead shot at a steeply discounted rate from partner companies within the EU for import to the US market.
All shot manufactured in China or the US is bagged in the US for distribution.
